How Our Maintenance Plans Work

We start by deep cleaning or sanding your floors to restore their original beauty.
Next, we sign you up for a maintenance plan tailored to your specific needs. We will provide an appropriate cleaner for your daily staff to use between our visits, depending on the plan you choose.
The plan includes visits to your selected locations every 3 or 6 months, where we will perform a deep clean and apply two coats of lacquer to ensure ongoing protection.
By enrolling in our maintenance plan, you create a strong barrier against damage to your floors, ultimately saving you from costly replacements or sanding, which can consume about a third of a timber floor’s lifespan. This way, we help extend the life of your flooring.
When deep cleaning is no longer sufficient and the floor is too damaged, we also offer sanding and restoration services. We typically perform this work outside of regular trading hours to avoid disrupting your business operations.
We cover the entire UK and beyond and can provide references from other satisfied clients for similar projects upon request.
